The college's lowest paid part time hourly pay is $13.00. The lowest regular full time employee pay grade is $25.00.

The college has made a commitment to pay a living wage for at least one adult, which is 18.00. The college is committed to paying employees part time and full time market rate for positions worked. The college completed a salary study in 2021 to make sure all full time positions were aligned with the market value of the position for base salary. Including benefits, employees are provided a reduced health cost contribution in comparison to other NJ Community Colleges. We are at tier 3 or premium rates while others are at tier 4.
