A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
The college has a no smoking policy campus-wide. The college follows no-idling policies. It has posted a no idling sign in its receiving area and communicated its no idling policy on its transportation web page. The college has also converted 25% of its grassy areas to no-mow areas, which reduces mowing activity. Following the National Clean Diesel Campaign & Clean Construction USA, construction vehicles use ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) and the onroad vehicles have diesel particulate filters (DPFs).

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
The college used the Clean Air Cool Planet CarbonMAP calculator to calculate Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions. The College also conducts regular testing of the output of the cogeneration plant stack.
