As a public institution RVCC is bound by NJ state statutes which encourage RVCC to have fair and open competition. RVCC does seek minority and/or women owned businesses for quotes if RVCC knows of them, provided the intended purchase is below the public bid threshold. RVCC seeks the most advantageous price and best quality goods or services.
