Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

RVCC has been actively working to reduce water consumption, though increases in student population has made this difficult. In addition, pipe breaks, pool drainage, and leaks in our campus loops have presented issues this year. We have been installing low-flow fixtures and have more planned, but this does not compensate for the other issues. It is a work in progress. We will not receive points for water conservation in this round, but wanted to make the numbers available nonetheless.
