Employee assessments are conducted by the employee internal governance group. More specifically, Staff Senate, Faculty Senate, and AP Faculty Senate distribute employee satisfaction surveys annually to all of the employees in their job classification. This covers 100% of Radford University employees.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
This varies per issue, but the intent is for these internal governance groups to assess employee satisfaction in their classification and then address problems or needs through legislation and collaboration with the University administration.
