The Housekeeping Director purchases campus cleaning supplies and is responsible for implementing the green cleaning policy.

Radford University's Energy Manager measures performance so that the building can be evaluated using EUI's from historical data, and make repairs, upgrades, and recommission to ensure design operations are met. Additionally, we adjust HVAC, lighting, electrical and Building Automation Systems to meet changing needs. Steam trap survey and repair is done annually. All buildings are sub-metered and monitored. Very close to having a variance report per building. Each building has a target for each utility and a different variance for each utility. Monthly reports will measure utility consumption against targets and repaired as necessary.
