A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
We burn natural gas in our steam plant at most times. Distillate oil is stored on site as a redundancy, in the event the natural gas flow is compromised. In 2017 - 2018, RU burned zero distillate oil. Virginia Department of Environmental Quality inspected the Radford University Steam Plant on March 7, 2018. The inspection report is attached.
