We do not have an official OHSMS. We just strive to comply with, and exceed where we can, federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.

We have a standard First Report of Injury that must be completed. It captures the following details:
- Date and time of incident
- Location of incident
- Employee details
- Nature and severity of injury/illness
- Description of the event
- Witness statements (if any)
- Immediate actions taken
We log the each and every case in an excel spreadsheet.
We review to indemnity trends or recurring injury types (i.e., slips and falls etc.)
