The Office of Inclusive Excellence promotes and sustains multicultural and global education by mentoring and advising students, facilitating transformative cultural experiences, preparing students to be responsible global citizens and enhancing creative and critical thinking through local and global academic engagement. For faculty and staff, Quinnipiac is committed to creating a supportive, safe and compliant environment that reflects the University’s high standards and core values. Effective November 2018, all employees are required to complete training courses that cover critical topics that support policies that govern our University. Quinnipiac has partnered with Vector, a leading education technology company, to provide interactive, web-based training on topics of compliance and culture in the workplace. Courses include "Harrassment & Discrimination" and "Managing Bias"
Upon matriculation, all students complete mandatory online training designed to “explore the roots of racism and actions to counter discrimination in society and in our own behaviors."
