The Diversity and Equity Office mission is to “foster conversation, exposure and engagement with all people, thoughts and ideas — from all corners of the world.” There is listed 10 point plan on the university website, known as the “Actions to Advance Racial Justice” that focus on curriculum review, bias reporting, student training, faculty and staff training, data access, affinity groups, pipeline, indigenous recognition, DCGE support, and civic engagement.
