A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Vegetarian and vegan options are offered at all of Purdue's five dining courts. Soy milk and vegan Boca burgers are always available. A variety of self-serve options such as soup and salad bars and delis allow vegan and vegetarian students to customize their meal to fit their needs. Hummus and legumes are a staple at Purdue dining courts. Windsor Dining Court has a designated station providing full balanced meals for vegan and vegetarian diners every day.
