All athletic/ yoga equipment and facilities (weight room, pool, locker rooms) are available to all students and employees. Students have free access to an on-campus clinic and in-house Residential Counselors and Residential Assistants available 24/7 for help with personal issues.
Our newly minted Wholeness Program has as its Mission "to empower students to thrive throughout their college experience by providing services, resources, and educational opportunities that strengthen the well-being of Principia’s diverse student population." We anticipate a comprehensive website (as yet available only internally) soon.
Employees have access to BES to help navigate medical issues. Principia offers a progressive life insurance program (on average, twice an employee's annual salary), 401K plans, and a matching retirement benefit. Appeal and justice process are available to all employees and are articulated in the Employee Handbook.
