All are benefits-eligible, and all meet the criteria for single adults. Not everyone has a family of four, so I'm not sure why that's the "living wage" metric. All employees receive a 403B retirement plan, a general healthcare plan, financial security from medical indebtedness, income security plan, dental and vision plans, group basic and voluntary life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
