Does the institution have policies and/or guidelines in place to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources on campus?:
Yes

A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:

We are a rural campus with no through traffic, a resident student population, and little on-campus traffic. Our outdoor air quality issues are minimal. Notwithstanding, our Facilities Department makes every attempt to ensure healthy outdoor air by, inter alia, a close evaluation of fuel efficiency and emissions characteristics whenever a new vehicle is purchased. Several of our campus work vehicles are fully electric (charged by 100% renewable electric power) and the campus carpool fleet consists of hybrid sedans.

Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary campus sources or else verified that no such emissions are produced?:
Yes

Weight of the following categories of air emissions from stationary sources::
Weight of Emissions
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) 0 Tons
Sulfur oxides (SOx) 0 Tons
Carbon monoxide (CO) 0 Tons
Particulate matter (PM) 0 Tons
Ozone (O3) 0 Tons
Lead (Pb) 0 Tons
Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) 0 Tons
Ozone-depleting compounds (ODCs) 0 Tons
Other standard categories of air emissions identified in permits and/or regulations 0 Tons

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:

Our 2020 Greenhouse Gas emissions inventory (Scopes 1,2,3; see OP-1) only calculated CO2, N2O, CH4, and eCO2 - meaning that we have no data for the entry fields above. That said, we are a small rural campus on 2500 acres of undeveloped forest and native prairie. We have no on-campus stationary sources, excepting natural gas processed in highly efficient boilers. We have no known issues with outdoor air quality.
