A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
All athletic/ yoga equipment and facilities (weight room, pool, locker rooms) are available to all students and employees. Students have free access to an on-campus clinic and in-house Residential Counselors and Residential Assistants available 24/7 for help with personal issues. Employees get assistance with personal matters, health issues, etc. though a program called BES which helps them navigate medical issues. Principia offers a progressive life insurance program (on average, twice an employee's annual salary), 401K plans, and a matching retirement benefit.
