A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
All campus buildings have air intake volumes regulated by interior CO2 levels. The CFM (cubic ft/min) of outside air is adjusted to keep CO2 below acceptable levels established by ASHRAE. Air intake is computer controlled (Andover software), with sensors located in the return air ducts. Building occupants, including all students, staff and faculty, have access to an online TMA reporting system for lodging complaints, maintenance issues, etc. on a 24/7 basis.
