Princeton has used the results of 2017-2018 climate survey data (for undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and staff) to inform strategic planning for diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs and projects. Although each administrative and academic unit responds to the relevant data according to its own considerations, outcomes have included, but are not limited to planning and implementation around recruitment and admission, performance management, leadership accountability, student well-being, learning and development programming, and building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive climate.
