In response to the report of the Trustee Ad Hoc Committee on Diversity (2013), the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity and the Office of the Dean of the Faculty lead a program to focus on recruiting and retaining a diverse faculty. The standing Faculty Advisory Committee on Diversity offers strategic advice and arranges programming for faculty members.
