A climate assessment for undergraduates is conducted annually (last in 2014). A climate assessment of graduate students is conducted every three years (last in 2013). Climate assessments of faculty and staff members are conducted periodically at multi-year intervals. (last in 2013). Results are used to develop new programs and training sessions and identify opportunities for managerial competency building.
