Narrative or website URL providing an overview of the staff networks and engagement programs that are advancing ecological integrity and/or racial equity and social justice:
Three Racial Justice Groups on campus meet once a month during the term; two welcome any staff or employees. The White Accountability group is a place for white folks in the Prescott College community to learn about and experiment with embodying solidarity and interdependence so that we can be fully grounded, open, and aware participants in multiracial communities. The Bridging and Belonging group is a place to deepen our collective radical imaginations, disrupt oppressive norms, practice dialogue with empathy and curiosity, and build bridges that strengthen our community's racial justice praxis. These groups are all led by trained facilitators who are compensated for their preparation and facilitation time. Participation is free of charge for all.

3.2 Sustainability-focused staff training
Description of and/or website URL for at least one of the institution’s sustainability-focused staff training opportunities:
During Earth Month, the Sustainability Coordinator leads an all-staff (on-campus and remote) meeting about campus sustainability. The session provides information about sustainability basics, typically through a trivia quiz (for example, what objects are or are not recyclable with the campus's service provider). Informational sheets are also provided to remind staff about keeping a "green office" space, best composting practices, saving printer paper, and more.
In addition, during specific campus campaigns (Towards Zero Waste), the Sustainability Center offered additional training to staff to mitigate office waste.

Narrative outlining how employee participation in the institution’s sustainability activities was determined:
In an Employee Sustainability Survey administered in November 2024, 51% of employees reported participating in an on-campus or online sustainability activity within the last year. However, we reported the 25-49% range since employees who took the sustainability survey are likely to be more sustainability-motivated than those who did not. We wanted to take a more conservative estimate for employee participation percentages.
