The EAP is SupportLinc and provides confidential resources that help individuals deal with life's challenges and the demands that come with balancing home and work. The service provides professional referrals and up to six face-to-face counseling sessions for anxiety, depression, marriage and relationship issues, grief, substance abuse, anger management, and work-related stress by a web service or phone call. This service is offered to all employees regardless of benefit eligibility.

Academic staff have access to a wellness program. The Wellness program is sponsored by BlueCross/BlueShield and is called ShareCare.
