A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting:
A survey was sent to all students to ask about their commuting habits. The survey was open from September 2021 - December 2021. The Sustainability Coordinator advertised the survey by visiting a dozen classrooms and asking students to complete the survey, though it was not made a requirement, and there were no incentives offered for completion. In addition, the survey was sent to all online students by online program directors; again, no incentives were offered.
