Each year, Pratt sends out an anonymous survey for all Pratt faculty and staff to fill out called the Campus Climate and Energage Employee Engagement survey.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
After the surveys were compiled, staff and faculty were invited to participate in focus groups around themes that were identified in the surveys.

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be hosting a focus group for faculty and staff of color as a follow up to the fall 2019 Campus Climate and Energage Employee Engagement surveys. If you identify as a faculty or staff member of color (Asian, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native, Pacific Islander, etc.), please join us on Thursday, February 27 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, in the Alumni Reading Room on the 3rd floor of the Pratt Library. Lunch will be provided.
We hope you can join us and share your experiences at Pratt.
Additional focus groups will be held in March and April for faculty and staff with disabilities, faculty, and staff that identify as LGBTQ+, and faculty and staff on the Pratt Manhattan Campus.
