Pratt has attempted to reduce water consumption by: - installing low flow fixtures and auto faucets, flushometers - reducing leaks in the steam distribution system - controlling irrigation more accurately - using non potable water for irrigation.

We are using shallow well water, ground water fed to irrigate our grounds.

We have been installing low flow and auto fixtures as a general practice and during renovations and construction. we have been tracking down and repairing steam system leaks. We have been controlling irrigation more accurately.
