Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
Pratt belongs to the NYC Carbon Challenge Program and reports to NYC for local law 84.
We use LL 84 and Portfolio Mgr.to calculate Scope 1, 2 and solid waste GHG.
Commuting GHG are estimates using cars in our parking lots, size of cars and a estimate of miles traveled and mpg.
Business air travel is based on an estimate of air miles travelled and approx dollars spent on travel.

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
The data is reviewed by our consulting engineer, Guth DeConzo Engineers
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
Scope 3 emissions are calculated as follows:
Solid Waste - data using NYC LL 84 EPA Portfolio Mgr.
Business travel - approximate miles traveled and GHG generated
Commuting - approx. number of miles traveled and approximate fuel use per mile.
Purchased Goods based on dollar spend approx$5MM/year and WRI estimate based on annual spend.
Capital Goods ditto.

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
I used all the fuel we used in boilers for major stationary and all the fuel used in our small fleet.
I used the emissions coefficients from the EPA.
