Dorm moveout and minor construction debris is handled separately from solid waste and placed in special construction containers.
We used about 5,30 yard dumpsters in 2020 at about 25#/yard.
Due to Covid, less construction, fewer students move-in and moveout and more debris to landfill - no one wanted to touch anything.
