* Data reflects 2018-2019 academic year. Reports for 2019-2020 was not available due to COVID-related staff cuts. Report for 2020-21 was not available as the dining facilities were not open during that period. They re-opend in Fall 2021.
WE currently work with weekly inventory this includes produce market reports generated from our campus
