Residential Life and Hall council have staff members who are specifically responsible for championing sustainability initiatives within the dorms. Throughout the academic year, hall council creates a number of different initiatives and guides promote sustainable living in the dorms.
In addition, Pratt GiveTake has a guide of safe use and sustainability issues related to over 250 art making materials that students frequently use in their practice. Some students have dedicated studio space but many work in their dorm rooms to produce their work.
