A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
We have been pursuing green infrastructure.
2 projects on landscapes have been designed to capture 100% of grounds stormwater on site - Cct Parking lot and Townhouses rear yards and courtyard.
We have reduced impermeable surfaces by reducing the widths of roads and paths and incorporating permeable surfaces.
We installed bio-swales system in a a fairly large parking lot which is not connected to the NYC stormwater system.
We have been controlling irrigation more accurately.

Installing permeable surfaces, installing bio-swales.
