These programs are offered to employees enrolled in a medical program through Portland State. Some programs are extended to spouse, partner, dependents and even extended family members. They are offered at either no cost or low cost to promote healthy living.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides assistance to individuals dealing with issues that affect your work, home, or family life. Use of the EAP is free and confidential. The program is available to you, your spouse, and eligible dependents. The EAP provides counselors and programs that can assist you in a variety of life and workplace problems which may include:
-Assistance Finding Childcare
-Depression or Anxiety
-Relationship Problems
-Home Ownership
-Financial/Legal/Consumer Concerns
-Drug or Alcohol Abuse
-Stress Management
-Plus many other topics as well
