Portland State University recently started a mentor/mentee relationship with San Mateo Community College District. To date, we have had two video/conference calls discussing the following topics:
-utility data management and reporting
-Campus as a living lab
-LEED platinum facilities
-Energy/facilities challenges on urban campus
-waste programs
-outreach/communication strategies
-creating webinar for other higher ed institutions
-electrification
-green office program

PSU also signed up for AASHE mentor program and was teamed up with The New School. We have communicated via email and met in person at the AASHE conference in San Antonio, but haven't had a lot of follow-up.

Arizona State University: research, planning and implementation of a 44 person workshop on developing campus living laboratories; current collaboration on a working paper on the same subject.

University of Washington: collaboration on an ecosystem services strategy for a regional open space strategy in the Puget sound.

Oregon State University: collaboration on forestry convening issues (such as the forest forum, which is a quarterly effort to host discussions on key issues related to the future of Oregon's forests)

University of Oregon: collaboration on forestry convening issues (such as the forest forum, which is a quarterly effort to host discussions on key issues related to the future of Oregon's forests)

OHSU: Collaboration on the new school of public health

OHSU/OSU: Collaborative Life Sciences Building (LEED Platinum Building that includes research laboratories specifically designated to PI's who from the three universities that are collaborating on research projects)

OHSU/PCC: Fourth and Montgomery (currently in the design phase of a new building on PSU's campus that will include PCC and OHSU partners).
