We don't currently have a large scale bike sharing program at PSU, but the City of Portland is developing one for downtown, which would serve PSU. http://www.portlandoregon.gov/transportation/57983
We also have a long-term rental program called VikeBikes, which provides refurbished bikes and lets students rent them out for a term or a year at a time. $45/term that includes membership to Bike Hub and access to secure bike biking.
