Integrated Budget & Planning Council
Integrated planning is a sustainable approach to planning that builds relationships, aligns the organization, and emphasizes preparedness for change. The purpose of the Integrated Budget and Planning Council (IBPC) is to provide expertise and guidance to the President and President’s Cabinet on integrated college-wide planning. This includes budget planning and development, end fund balances, assessing the impact of major investments and policy decisions on the college’s mission, and prioritizing plans, projects, and initiatives across the college.
Membership includes members of cabinet, program deans, faculty, the presidents of both unions (for academic and non-academic staff) and students. In addition ex-officio members include administrators from across the institution involved with operations, planning, management, planning and student life.
