Does the institution host a peer-to-peer textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project?:
Yes
A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:
The library lends textbooks for short-term checkout to students through the Course Reserves program, which provides access to a wide range of assigned textbookss. This is one of the library's most heavily used services. Students checkout the textbooks for an assigned period, ranging from 2 hours library use only to several weeks. Students use library scanners if they need to copy pages for reading later.

No
A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:
PCC has many programs to encourage faculty to author and/or adopt open textbooks! We offer an entire guide and frequent webinars to facilitate open education resource adaptation. See https://guides.pcc.edu/oer. Open Education week happens annually. Financial incentives are periodically available from the state.
