Ecology of Australia
Program Description:
This program will focus on the interaction of the plants and animals of northern Australia, as well as the ecology of the Great Barrier Reef, with an emphasis on biological and aboriginal interplay.

Night Canoe Tour at Lake Tinaroo
Three guest lectures on the topics of: Indigenous Cultures & Customs, Conservation Biology, and the Culture of Traditional Owners
Visit to Kuranda Koala Gardens, including Koala Gardens, Bat Rehab Facility, Butterfly Sanctuary and Bird World
Additional nights stays in surrounding Yungaburra, Cape Tribulaton, and Port Douglas
