We do not have any buildings certified for O+M.
All new construction and large renovation projects are built to a minimum of LEED Silver standards. Within the last five years, 512,121 square feet have been built to LEED Gold or Platinum for BD+C and were not included in the total floor area of building space.

We currently use Tridium Niagra AX as our energy management system, which is coupled with direct digital controls to optimize energy use. This year we purchased Lucid BuildingOS - energy and utility management system to help with both energy management, data tracking and bench-marking.

A brief description of the water management or benchmarking program:

Using information from our utility bills, water use data is entered into an internal database and monitored via Access. This year we purchased Lucid BuildingOS - which monitors and tracks utility data including water consumption for the district, making it much easier to benchmark water consumption and monitor consumption patterns through the online dashboard.
