In accordance with Board Policy B302 on compensation and benefits, the College maintains a comprehensive employee compensation and benefits package that is intended to be comparable to the labor market. Compensation and benefits are periodically reviewed and changes recommended to meet or maintain this market relationship. Compensation and benefits for represented employees are negotiated between the College and Federation representatives.
Board policy B305 supports that individuals employed through contractual agreements to provide certain services to the college receive a "living wage" which is a total hourly compensation that is not less than the federal poverty guideline for a family unit of four.
