A brief description of the management system:
PCC has a centralized energy management system for all buildings. This DDC controls system is based on the Honey well DDC controls offering with a Tridium front end. This system utilizes graphics for system representation and troubleshooting as well as alarms that alert us to improper operation. we can also do trend logs for any inputs and out puts that the system has allowing us to track performance of our systems.

A description of what systems are shut down during unoccupied periods:
All systems are operated on schedules and when not in use they are in night setback mode so that they only run to maintain a minimum temperature to prevent freezing and to allow systems to warm up to occupancy temperatures in a timely manner.
