A brief description of the technology used:
All buildings at PCC are operated with DDC temperature controls and all buildings are operated on schedules based on occupancy. Our DDC system is accessible thru a graphic front end that allows us to schedule the operation of major equipment based on occupancy and optimal start programs so that the space temperatures are achieved for occupancy using the least amount of energy.
