A brief description of the program(s):
Sustainability Practices and Resources Council (SPARC) is the committee working on sustainability curriculum for the college. Currently, SPARC is creating the system to allow "tagging" of our green courses so that it is searchable by students as well as having its own section in our online course catalog.

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:
Last year there was a SPARC-sponsored training event and next year, there will be one also. We are also working with our Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs to prioritize professional development funding for faculty developing new courses or adding green outcomes to existing courses.
