The College partners with local child care opportunities for preferred placement. Employees of the College are eligible to receive a child care subsidy for dependent children 13 years old and younger. The subsidy is 10% of the employee contribution ro the Childcare Flexible Spending Account Program (FSA). Dependent care assistance is granted on a sliding scale based on employee's current annual gross salary.
