Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
A survey was sent to all the employees of Polytechnique on the work climate during the Winter 2022 semester. This survey will serve as a diagnosis of the work climate, mostly related to workplace culture and well-being, which has a huge impact on employee satisfaction. All employees were invited to participate in discussion groups as well.

Data is collected and treated confidentially. An external firm was hired to insure confidentiality and an impartial process.

The firm will produce a summary report with observations and identify priorities for action.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The institution wanted to develop a representative action plan to answer the needs of the employees. The first step, already completed, was the survey of all of the employees to produce a diagnosis.

Following the first phase of the diagnosis and the recommendations, an Action Plan will be developed. This second phase is ongoing.
