A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
One Sustainability Advisor was in charge of the data collection and entering the information on the platform doing a first validation of the data received by collaborators outside the Sustainability Office before the integration on the platform. Patrick Cigana, Senior Sustainability Advisor, Sustainability Office of Polytechnique Montreal was not involved in data collection neither in entering data on the platform. He used the template provided by STARS to assess if the information gathered and entered on the platform answered the requirements of STARS. He also validated to the best of his knowledge if the information was accurate. Furthermore, he also reviewed the text for errors.
