A green roof has been installed on the Lassonde buildings (LEED Gold certified), which allows rainwater harvesting.

Rainwater is collected and used in the toilets of the Lassonde buildings. In 2018-2019, this amounted to 4725 m3 of water. The total amount of water consummed in those buildings was around 19 445 m3 during that year, so 24% of the water consumption comes from grey water.
