A brief description of the diversity, equity, and/or inclusion recognition:

Polytechnique Montréal is openly committed to guaranteeing equal opportunities for all and to increasing the proportion of women among its staff and student cohorts. It has also become the very first Canadian university to obtain Parity Certification, awarded by the organization Women in Governance.

Polytechnique Montréal obtained for the first time the certification in September 2019 and maintained it since then (recertified in September 2020 and September 2022).
