Polytechnique values ​​the development of its employees' skills and professional development. The training and development team works hard, in collaboration with unions and associations, to offer employees (academic and non-academic staff) and give access to numerous and varied learning opportunities: credited trainings, collective internal training programs, continuing education courses, seminars , seminars, conferences, etc.

Non-academic staff also have access to free group trainings, seminars, workshops on topics related to sustainability directly on campus or online.

Non-academic staff have access to specific courses, trainings, etc. on sustainability or sustainability related topic and can submit it to the development program to be reimbursed for this specific professional development opportunity.

Topics such as communications, inclusion and diversity, mental health and stress management, health and safety, teamwork and collaboration, cybersecurity, are included in those trainings.
