A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:
Cyclists can keep their bikes in a screened enclosure (with controlled access) in the underground parking lot. To use this facility, a $35 fee is charged for the entire winter period, from November to April, while an $85 fee is charged for the summer season. Six showers are available all year long for the Polytechnique community. Polytechnique students have access to a personal locker.

In 2017, a Sustainable Transportation action plan was adopted by Polytechnique. Following this program, during the winter of 2017-2018 a cash-out parking program was tested. Polytechnique's parking facilities provide prefered parking spaces for electric vehicles.
