Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:

The manager of the Energy and HVAC sector of the Buildings and major development projects Department is in charge of monitoring the consumption of water and energy for both buildings.
The meter reading for the consumption of water and natural gas is done every day. The level of oil and diesel tanks is also read and recorded daily.
Once a month, water meters for several processes, such as closed networks and water towers, are also read.
The head of the sector groups the data once a month into Excel files. Fields to provide explanations for observed differences from historical data are present. The changes made are thus detailed.
Thus, for energy consumption, the data tracked are:
- monthly electricity consumption of each of the two buildings;
- daily consumption of fossil fuels for heating purposes:
o consumption of natural gas;
o consumption of fuel oil # 2 (oil);
- steam production and daily calculation of boiler efficiency;
- delivery of diesel for the operation of the generators;
The area of buildings is also confirmed each year, and consumption is standardized according to the degree-day.
For water consumption, the collected data are:
- city water consumption for both buildings;
- consumption of gray water recovered from the roof of Pavillons Lassonde.
Petrol and diesel fuel consumption of Polytechnique's vehicles are also noted and compiled annually.

These files are transfered once a year to the Sustainability Office for the redaction of the annual sustainability report and on-line monitoring.
