A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
A two-page document summarizing how sustainability is applied at Polytechnique is provided in the new employee information package since March 2016. A PDF version of that document was also provided to all new employees who started since May 2015. This document presents the waste management system, mentions the sustainable development reports and policy, lists examples of initiatives that employees can take to help reduce Polytechnique's impact, and provides useful links and contacts for employees who have questions or comments. It is updated when a new program or initiative is implemented.
