A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):

A 2 page document summarizing how sustainable development is present at Polytechnique is provided automatically into the new employee information package since March 2016. A PDF version of that document was also provided to all new employees who started since May 1rst 2015. This document presents the waste management system, mentions the sustainable development reports and policy, lists examples of initiatives that employees can do to help reducing Polytechnique's impacts and provides useful links and contacts for employees who have questions or comments.
